The opening ceremony for the 16th Hubei Provincial Sports Games was held in the Yichang Olympic Sports Center Stadium on April 12. The main performance consisted of four parts: The Pulse of Water, The Rhythm of Water, The Potential of Water, and The Tide of Water. The show told stories of the Three Gorges, the vitality of Yichang and the passion for provincial sports.
