Yichang accelerates clean energy partnerships at international expo

During the Second China International Supply Chain Expo (CISCE) on November 27, Yichang City leveraged the event to strengthen cooperation in the clean energy sector at the China International Exhibition Center.
At a negotiation meeting at the Shunyi venue, Yichang secured eight cooperation agreements with supply chain enterprises worldwide, totaling an investment of 9.584 billion yuan. This achievement highlights Yichang's proactive approach to forging partnerships for clean energy development, signaling a promising future for the city’s sustainable initiatives.
The meeting, hosted by the Yichang Municipal Government and co-organized by the Yichang Municipal Council for the Promotion of International Trade, the Municipal Commerce Bureau, the Municipal Economic and Information Bureau, and the Municipal Investment Promotion Bureau, aimed to enhance exchanges and cooperation between Yichang and participating supply chain companies, focusing on mutual benefits in industrial transformation and sustainable development.
During the event, representatives from the Municipal Investment Promotion Bureau and the Municipal Economic and Information Bureau shared details about Yichang's investment opportunities and its growing new energy battery sector. Notable scholars from China Three Gorges University and industry leaders from Xingfa Group and Guofa Supply Chain Company delivered speeches on clean energy, underscoring Yichang's commitment to eco-friendly growth.
