Vice mayor Zhang welcomes L’Oréal SVP gupta

On March 8, Yichang City Vice Mayor Zhang Jin'an met with Pankaj GUPTA, Senior Vice President, North Asia and China, L’Oréal Group Operations, who was visiting the city.

Zhang talked about the economic and social development of Yichang. She said that Yichang had a huge and active consumer market, and that the city’s focus on beauty is compatible with L’Oréal’s beauty concept. She hoped that L’Oréal could open more product sales centers, logistics distribution centers and flagship shops for new product launches in Yichang. She said that Yichang’s chemical resources and industry chain capabilities meant that it could partner with L’Oréal and help the “Beauty Economy” flourish even more.

Gupta thanked Yichang City for its strong support for L’Oréal’s growth here. He said that L’Oréal Group was confident about investing in Yichang and looked forward to further strengthening multi-level cooperation and building more modern, attractive, green factories in the area.
