The 2023 Yichang Marathon to kick off

More than 22,000 runners registered for the upcoming Yichang Marathon on April 30, 2023. Among them, 3,000 will participate in the full (42.195 km) marathon and 7,000 will run in the half (21.0975 km). Of the remaining, 6,000 runners will join the health run (10 km) while another 6,000 will join the mini run (4.2 km).
The marathon course lies along the 50-square-kilometer Yangtze River. All races will begin at Yichang Peace Park with the full and half marathon finishing at Riverside Park. The health run will end at Wujiagang Primary School, and the mini run will end at Wangjiahe Park.
