School organizes space-themed painting activity to mark World Intellectual Property Day

Yichang Shenzhen Road Primary School recently held a "Chasing Dreams in Deep Space" painting activity in anticipation of the upcoming World Intellectual Property Day on April 26. The top prize went to Gong Ruoyu's "Hand in Hand with Time to walk in the Nebula.”
"We will live in a multi-dimensional space in the future. My eyes will no longer see the dull blackness of the universe, but the flow of time and the condensation of space. Therefore, the different colors show the cluster of spaces, and what radiates and extends is the flowing of time,” said Gong while describing the ideas behind her winning painting.
Gong added: "When I saw the theme of 'Chasing Dreams in Deep Space,’ I imagined that in the future, human beings will be able to cross time and space, and build their own cities on various nebulas, which are entirely operated by quantum robots. My painting depicts a dialogue across time and space between an astronaut and myself from the future."
As a pilot school for intellectual property education in Hubei Province, Shenzhen Road Primary School organized this painting activity to mark the arrival of the 23rd World Intellectual Property Day.
During the activity, students created many excellent works, 58 of which were selected to participate in the Hubei Trials of the 18th Soong Ching Ling Award for Children's Invention. Gong’s work was selected to compete at the national level and displayed at Hubei province’s National IP Publicity Week 2023 Launch Ceremony.
