The Gangyao Road Interchange is ready to open for traffic

On December 29, workers finished paving the Gangyao Road Interchange in asphalt. This huge and complex project, part of Three Gorges Avenue interchange, has been dubbed “the Super Interchange of Yichang”. It is now ready for traffic.
The multi-ramp project is a full scale interchange that sits astride the most complex geographical environment in the Yichang urban area. The 12 ramps links three of the main arteries in Yichang City: Three Gorges Avenue, Gangyao Road and Juxiang Avenue. The completion of the project is a milestone in the development of Yichang’s transport network.
