From the Divine Fish Terrace, visitors can enjoy stunning views of the Yangtze River.

Jiuwanxi Village serves as the end of the Jiuwanxi rafting route and the beginning of the Jiuwanxi Gorge sightseeing route.

Historically known as Ju Yu Fang, meaning "Giant Fish Gateway", it is fabled to be the place where a divine fish once brought back the body of the ancient Chinese poet, Qu Yuan.

The statue on the Divine Fish Terrace features the divine fish carrying Qu Yuan, alongside an excerpt from “Nine Songs” in his “Chu Ci.”

Embracing the theme of "Yearly Visit of the Divine Fish and Return of Qu Yuan", the village features attractions such as the Divine Fish Square and Divine Fish Terrace.
