Winter fishing begins in Jinhu Lake

The winter fishing season in Yichang’s Jinhu National Wetland Park opened yesterday with masses of carp plucked from the lake. This year’s catch is likely to be around 300,000 kg, with sales proceeds going towards fish replenishment and ecological restoration.
