The 2023 edition of the Bailihuang Mountain Challenge Race was held in Yichang on March 18, with 310 competitors from all over the country taking part. In their 25 km race, the long-distance group had to climb for a total of 1,266 meters, while the "experience group" ran a 6 km circuit around a field.
