Awakening of Insects (Chinese: 惊蛰), the third term of the 24 Solar Terms, is nature's wake-up call. As Tang Dynasty poet Yuan Zhen wrote, ”Warmth awakens insects on slumbering earth; Spring glows in a vibrant rebirth." May this season bring new hopes and fresh beginnings.
