Tasting salon highlights Chinese tea culture

Step into spring with a cup of tea. On February 25, a tea tasting salon was held at Manyi Building in the Second Avenue Historical and Cultural Block. Visitors had the chance to experience Chinese tea culture firsthand through tastings and traditional tea-making demonstrations. Thanks to the unique climate of Yichang’s Three Gorges area, the early spring tea harvest begins 15 days earlier than in many other regions.
