Self-driving sweepers set out on Yichang streets

New self-driving sweepers are out and about, efficiently cleaning the streets of Yichang. The 4-meter-long electric vehicles can automatically identify traffic signals and avoid pedestrians while collecting waste at about 5 kilometers per hour. With a charging time of just one hour, the sweeper can run for 9 to 10 hours on a single charge.
