Welcome to the latest production from Yichang Three Gorges International Communication Studio. This film was shot at Lighthouse Square in Yichang and features Derek, a 24-year-old master's student at the University of Sydney.

Lighthouse Square, a former wharf in Yichang, has become a popular new landmark. It covers an area of 8,000 square meters and plays a central role in Yichang's efforts to preserve and beautify the Yangtze River banks. These efforts also support the conservation of endangered species like the Chinese sturgeon and finless porpoise.

Join Derek as he explores artworks with a "waste recycling" theme at the Yangtze River Conservation, Sustainable Practice Art Exhibition. One notable piece is the "Water Tower," which is built using discarded plastic bottles. Another is "Hope," a vibrant tunnel made from recycled drift bottles.
