China's Dragon Boat Festival, or Duanwu, is just around the corner. It’s tradition to eat zongzi during the holiday.
Enzo Rouhaud, a French exchange student from the International College of China Three Gorges University, headed out to Zigui and sat down with a local zongzi shop owner Tan Bentao to learn the technique for making this festive snack.
Each episode of Enzo's video series will introduce a different custom of the Dragon Boat Festival in Yichang, showcasing how locals celebrate the holiday.
