Chinese dove trees in full bloom in Houhe

Chinese dove trees are currently in full bloom at Houhe Nature Reserve, offering stunning springtime vistas. With their branches adorned in white blossoms, the trees create the illusion of perched doves. Renowned as "the living plant fossil" and "the green panda," this ancient and rare species captivates visitors. During the months of April to May, the forest seems to come alive with tens of thousands of flying doves. Thanks to local conservation efforts, the reserve now boasts approximately 2 hectares of wild dove trees, with their population continuing to grow.
