Yichang schools celebrate start of new semester

400,000 primary, secondary, and kindergarten students in Yichang are heading back to school for their first semester in the Year of the Dragon. Schools across the city organized various activities and opening ceremonies for their return.

At the beginning of the new semester, many students took part in activities such as writing couplets, making lanterns, paper cutting and writing their wishes for the new year.
