Reeves's pheasant makes first appearance in Changyang

Yichang's Qing River Basin is the habitat for a variety of rare plants and animals. Recently, the reeves's pheasant was seen for the first time around the towns of Yuxiakou and Langping in Changyang County. This National Class-I protected animal can be spotted by its long tail and circle of white hair on its head.
