Six finless porpoises spotted in Yichang

Six finless porpoises were seen swimming in the Yichang section of the Yangtze River on Monday.

The finless porpoise is a protected aquatic mammal, often colloquially referred to as the "smiling angel."

These sightings of the playful animal indicate the strong recovery of water quality and biodiversity in the Yangtze River.
