Yichang Shines at Crossroads of the World

On the first day of 2024, Yichang's promotional video "Welcome to Yichang, China" was displayed on screens in New York's Times Square in the heart of Manhattan's Financial District.
Running for seven days, the video shows Yichang’s natural scenery, modern achievements, and cultural charm.
"I am proud my hometown showcased its living room at the crossroads of the world,” said Ming Liang, president of Hanfu NYC, after seeing familiar scenes displayed on the iconic screens.
Xiang Jing, a US-certified public accountant and founder of Z&X CPAs, expressed her wishes for Yichang upon seeing familiar images of the Three Gorges Dam, the Qing River Gallery and the Three Gorges Indigenous Scenic Area.
"I wish for my hometown to become better and better, with its mountains ever greener and people ever more radiant, all while advancing toward greater prosperity," she said.
