The intersection of the S48 Zhangtai Expressway and the G42 Hurong Expressway looks like a giant violin lying between the mountains in Yichang’s Yiling District.
The S48 is a provincial expressway in Yichang, starting from Taipingxi Port on the north bank of the Three Gorges Dam and ending at Zhangjiakou, Huanghua Township, Yiling District.
The G42 runs across China from Shanghai in the east all the way to Chengdu of Sichuan in the west.
