Zhimao Road in Yichang, beside the Yangtze River, climbs to a height of 1100 meters.
This 57km zigzagging road connects several famous Yichang spots, including the Three Gorges Dam, Qu Yuan's hometown, the Three Gorges Bamboo Sea, Zhilan Valley, Jiuwanxi rafting center and the Three Gorges Indigenous Scenic Area.
It’s a great spot to look down on the Three Gorges Dam and the urban area of Zigui County, and experience the beauty of high mountains and green fields.
