River colors contrast in Yidu

The muddy Yangtze River meets the clear Qing River in Yidu, creating a clear boundary along their confluence between the distinct yellow and green. Due to recent heavy rainfall in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River, sand and mud were stirred up, adding to the contrast. Only then can this breathtaking view be seen.
