Yichang chefs showcase their culinary skills

On June 1st, chefs from 35 catering companies in Dianjun district of Yichang City took part in the first culinary competition of the 2023 Dianjun Chaowan Gourmet Food Season.

 

The competition required the chefs to complete two special delicacy dishes in 60 minutes. Watched by a large crowd, the chefs transformed natural ingredients found in Dianjun District – such as fish, free-range chicken, bacon, soybean pudding, potato, beefsteak plant and loquat – into delicacies of beautiful shapes and colors.
