Overview of the Tribe of the Three Gorges Scenic Area
The Tribe of the Three Gorges Scenic Area lies in the middle of Xiling Gorge, between the Three Gorges Dam and the Gezhouba Dam. Surrounded by mountains and rivers, it showcases traditional rural residences, lifestyles, and customs.
Containing all landscape elements and rich cultural heritage, this scenic spot is the first large-scale folk-custom tourist area in China that is focused on primitive scenes and experiences.

From Yichang Sanxia International Airport
If you arrive at Yichang Sanxia International Airport, you can take the airport bus to Yiling Plaza, and then transfer to the No. 10-1 Bus Tourist Line at Yiling Plaza Bus Station, which will take you to the Tribe of the Three Gorges Scenic Area Tourist Center.
From Yichang East Railway Station
Take bus B9 from Yichang East Railway Station and arrive at Xilingyilu Station. From there, walk 340 meters and transfer to bus No. 10-1 at Yiling Plaza Bus Stop to the Tribe of the Three Gorges Scenic Area Tourist Center.
From Yichang Downtown
Take bus 10-1 from Yiling Square to the Tribe of the Three Gorges Scenic Area. The bus departs from Yiling Square beginning at 8:05 in the morning and arrives at the Tribe of the Three Gorges Scenic Area Tourist Center as the final stop. The first bus departs at 8:05 from Yiling Square, and the last bus departs at 17:30 from the Tribe of the Three Gorges Scenic Area Tourist Center. The average interval between each bus is about 45 minutes, and the ticket price for the entire journey is 15 yuan.
