Chaibuxi National Forest Park

Chaibuxi National Forest Park is in the east part of Wufeng Tujia Autonomous County. Together with the famous Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, Chaibuxi park also belongs to the beautiful Wuling Mountains. The park occupies 80 square kilometers, with its lowest altitude at 260 meters and highest at 1,418 meters.



The park comprises five tourist areas - Tanzikou Scenic Area, Dawankou Scenic Area, Jiaokou Scenic Area, Neikou Scenic Area and Duanshankou Scenic Area.



Many local Tujia families operate B&Bs in the park to accommodate tourists together with local dishes and liquors.
