Yichang sunflowers in bloom

More than 130,000 sunflowers have been in full bloom on Dianjun Avenue, Dianjun District, Yichang City since mid-September. Together, the sunflower blossoms, a gaggle of sightseers, and the bridge over the Yangtze River create a striking image. A poster boy for rural revitalization, Dianjun District – the gateway to the Three Gorges hinterland – is working hard to bring more “green” benefits to locals.
