After three months of sustained creative work, students from the Art School of Three Gorges University in Yichang have turned a pair of retired sludge treatment tanks into an art installation. They created huge 3D paintings of famous local fishery species on the two 28-meter tall 8,500 cubic meter tanks. The motifs include the endangered Chinese sturgeon and the Yangtze finless porpoise.
