The project is being developed in three phases. The first phase is complete, featuring 10 4S dealerships and an automobile market.
The second phase, with a 500 million yuan investment, includes 33 buildings. Currently, 12 buildings have been completed, with full completion expected by October 30, 2025.
Several well-known brands, including Huawei, Li Auto, and AITO, have started operations. Xiaomi Auto’s first 4S dealership in Yichang is expected to open in three months. Once operational, it will handle vehicle deliveries across Yichang, Jingzhou, Jingmen, and Enshi.
Meanwhile, NIO and Avatr are progressing with store construction, while Baojun and Denza have signed agreements. Negotiations are ongoing with 10 additional brands.
Once the second phase opens, the center is expected to generate 3 billion yuan (US$414 million) in annual sales and contribute over 50 million yuan (about US$7 million) in yearly tax revenue.
