Sanxia Airport ramps up flights for 2025 Spring Festival travel rush

As the Spring Festival travel rush approaches, Yichang Sanxia International Airport is increasing its flight capacity on routes to major destinations like Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Shanghai.
Additional routes, including Yichang to Beijing, are also being planned.
This year, the Spring Festival is slated for January 29, kicking off a 40-day peak travel season that will run from January 14 to February 22.
