Yidu HEC expanding battery foil output

Workers at HEC’s Yidu base are ramping up production of ultra-thin battery aluminum foil, a critical component in new energy vehicle batteries.
Currently producing 2,000 tons per month, the company aims to reach an annual output of 60,000 tons by the end of the year. In 2021, HEC launched a low-carbon ultra-thin battery aluminum foil project in Yidu.
