Travelers from Yichang can enjoy direct flights to Hong Kong via Greater Bay Airlines, starting December 17. There will be three weekly flights at Yichang Sanxia International Airport, making it the first direct service between the two cities.

Flights from Hong Kong to Yichang will depart every Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday at 3:15 pm and arrive at 5:15 pm. Return flights will be available from Yichang on the same days at 6:05 pm and arrive in Hong Kong at 8:20 pm. Passengers are advised to verify specific flight details at the time of booking.

Greater Bay Airlines flight
Flight tickets for Yichang to Hong Kong are now available for purchase. To book a trip, head to the Greater Bay Airlines’ website or popular online travel platforms such as Ctrip and Tongcheng Travel.
The direct flight from Yichang to Hong Kong on December 17 is priced at 336 yuan (US$46.22), including taxes, according to today’s inquiry on the Ctrip platform.
Greater Bay Airlines (GBA) is a Hong Kong-based carrier established in 2020. The company's inaugural passenger flight from Hong Kong to Bangkok was conducted in July 2022, followed by flights between Hong Kong and Taipei, Seoul, Tokyo, Osaka and Manila. Earlier this November, the airline launched its first-ever flight service to a city in Chinese mainland, with direct flights to Zhoushan.
