Yichang firms sign 10 projects at national service fair

Yichang companies signed 10 projects worth US$1.3 billion at the 2024 China International Fair for Trade in Services, which concluded on September 16 in Beijing.
The fair, China’s largest business event for service trade, featured 125 companies and organizations from Yichang, showcasing the city's "new, intelligent, and specialized" service trade industries.
San Xia Xing Future Data Technology (Yichang) Co., Ltd. made its debut in the Hubei exhibition area. General Manager Xiang Yun said the company leveraged its self-developed Three Gorges Smart Cloud and AI Digitalization Platform to offer AI algorithms for 32 scenarios. The platform includes capabilities for knowledge search, contract clause screening and approval, efficient data storage, and extended network services. It has become an official partner of Seagate's Singapore International Headquarters and ByteDance’s cloud service platform, Volcano Engine.
Dominic McAllister, the British Consul-General in Wuhan, visited the fair and expressed his admiration for Yichang’s exhibitors. He noted the city's abundant green energy resources and the potential for collaboration with UK firms in advanced manufacturing and green energy sectors. He also expressed a desire for opportunities to facilitate technical exchanges and to bring British technology experts to Yichang.
