Yichang kicks off first village basketball league

Yichang kicked off its inaugural village basketball league on September 15 as a highlight of the city’s 2024 Chinese Farmers’ Harvest Festival. This type of basketball league was called “Cun BA” – cun for Chinese pronunciation of village (村). The league features over 160 players from 13 teams, competing from September 15 till 22.
