Yichang Jingwei breaks ground in heavy-duty twister production

Yichang Jingwei Textile Machinery Co. achieved a breakthrough in the production technology of the heavy-duty twisting machine. The prototype has entered the market and small-batch production is scheduled to begin this October.
The heavy-duty twisting machine is designed for multi-strand yarn twisting, with the strand count and diameter more than doubling conventional standards.

Workers assembling equipment in the production workshop."In recent years, our company has achieved significant progress in automation, intelligence, special fibers, and ultra-coarse and ultra-fine fibers," said Zhang Ming, head of the R&D department of the high-tech enterprise that integrates R&D, manufacturing, and sales of twisting equipment.
In the newly upgraded CNC unit work area of the machining division, 54 CNC machines operate rapidly. Next to the turning and milling composite machine tools, robotic arms neatly arrange the processed components, with automatic feeding, processing, and cleaning in place. Every ten minutes, a component is produced.
“After optimizing 90% of the production processes for these parts, our capacity is doubled," said Wang Fangcheng, head of the machining division.
Yichang Jingwei Textile Machinery is experiencing robust production and sales both at home and abroad. The company is now in full swing, even receiving international orders from Vietnam and India. Although it is only August, the company's orders are full through the end of the year.
