As the May Day holiday approaches, transportation hubs in Yichang are preparing for the expected increase in traffic.

Yichang East Railway Station is projected to send approximately 673,000 passengers from April 29 to May 6. On May 1, the station is expected to dispatch 180,000 passengers, with arrivals as the primary traffic flow. On May 5, about 200,000 passengers are expected to return.
