In the first month of 2024, the company is experiencing robust demand, with monthly orders at full capacity and anticipated sales revenue reaching 30 million yuan (US$4.19 million).
In the production workshop, machines continuously process raw materials into flexible graphite foils while workers use gauges to measure and ensure they meet the standard thickness.
The company mainly produces six high-tech graphite, featuring nuclear-grade flexible graphite sheets and high-frequency expandable graphite. Remarkably, over 80% of the company's products find their way to more than 30 foreign countries and regions, including South Korea, Russia, Ukraine, the United States, Italy, Japan, India etc.
The thin yet highly sophisticated graphite foils made here have helped to improve the domestic nuclear industry sealing materials. The enhanced nuclear-grade flexible graphite coil sheets eliminate the need for imported graphite, marking a breakthrough in the field.
Last year, Yichang Xincheng Graphite achieved a sales revenue of 350 million yuan (US$48.9 million). In 2024, the company aims to advance its research and development efforts, expand production lines, and augment overall production capacity.
