Yichang augments TVET cooperation with Ethiopia

Three experts from Hubei Three Gorges Polytechnic attended the China-Africa Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) Collaboration & Academic Exchange Seminar in Ethiopia on October 22. At the seminar, the college and Tebita Ambulance Prehospital Medical Service signed a letter of intent for the provision of emergency medical service training.
The seminar, which brought together senior Ethiopian government officials, Chinese officials and experts, was held in Addis Ababa, the capital of Ethiopia.
Hubei Three Gorges Polytechnic is a vocational college in Yichang City. In April this year, the China-Africa Vocational Education Alliance launched several TVET projects involving China and Ethiopia. The college was selected for two projects: Pharmacy and Emergency Medical Services.
