Agricultural Products Expo to take place this month

Yichang will be hosting its first large-scale agricultural expo on October 14-16.
The 2023 Central China Three Gorges Yichang Quality Agricultural Products (Green Food) Expo will have five exhibition zones: agricultural products, green food, Jing-chu excellent products (Hubei products), agricultural machinery and food and snacks. More than 3,000 categories of items will be exhibited across the expo.
During both October 14 and 15, 50,000 consumption coupons and lottery tickets will be issued at the venue - Cuilin Agricultural National Modern Agricultural (Citrus) Industrial Park. Visitors can shop on-site with the consumption coupons acting as cash, and participate in a lucky draw with a chance to win something out of the nearly 1,000 different prizes, including refrigerators, washing machines and rice cookers.
The event has invited more than 30 folk dance teams from Yichang as well as several well-known Chinese singers to perform live on stage.
At the food and snack zone, more than 30 famous restaurants and snack shops from all over the country will provide their specialties to exhibitors and visitors.
To help visitors reach the exhibition venue, which is 20 km from the city center, the organizer has arranged for free shuttle buses between Yiling Square, Yichang Stadium, Yiling Wanda Plaza and Pinghu Square in the Yichang city area and the exhibition venue. These buses will run from 8 am to 6 pm during the duration of the expo.
